Job summary

Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC (KDS) seeks a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Pennsylvania to lead clinical services for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. You will supervise BHTs and RBTs, develop individual plans, and ensure evidence-based practice under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) licensure in good standing.
• Master’s degree or higher in psychology, special education, ABA, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavioral treatment plans for children or adolescents under 21.
• Demonstrated proficiency with standardized behavioral assessments and translating findings into evidence-based treatment programming.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to communicate data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with families, supervisees, external providers, and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skills-based assessments and reassessments to establish baselines and targets.
• Perform FBAs to identify function and develop BIPs.
• Develop treatment plans with measurable goals and staff-accessible formats.
• Conduct ongoing treatment planning sessions and adjust programming based on progress.
• Monitor implementation of plans across settings and modify as needed.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation per payer and regulatory requirements.
• Provide ABA and group services in line with BACB and IBHS standards.
