Job summary

Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education in Lombard, IL seeks a Clinical Manager to lead a dedicated ABA therapy team. You will supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff to ensure high-quality, individualized care for every child.

Partner with regional leadership to build a culture-driven practice and scale clinical operations. Responsibilities include overseeing treatment plans, supervising staff, managing caseloads, and building family and community relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience including supervision and case management.
• At least 3 years working in ABA.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and state licensure preferred.
• Passionate about behavioral science and disseminating best practices.
• Commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCBAs, RBTs, BTs, Apprentices, and more.
• Hold weekly 1:1s with BCBAs to support growth and provide feedback.
• Run monthly All-Staff meetings and foster open communication.
• Champion a positive workplace culture aligned with Cultivate's values.
• Mentor staff, resolve conflicts, and advocate for resources.
