Job summary

Cultivate BHE in Illinois seeks a Clinical Manager to lead a clinical team delivering high-quality ABA therapy at the clinic. You will support BCBAs, RBTs and staff while ensuring exceptional, individualized care for every child on your caseload.

You will partner with the Regional VP and operations to build a thriving, culture-driven practice, mentor staff, oversee clinical quality, manage caseloads, and foster family and community relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervision and case management experience.
• At least 3 years working in ABA.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and state licensure preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCBAs, RBTs, BTs, Apprentices, and more.
• Hold weekly 1:1s with BCBAs for growth and feedback.
• Run monthly All-Staff meetings and foster transparent communication.
• Mentor staff, resolve conflicts, and advocate for resources for the team.
• Review treatment plans and BIPs before submission to insurances.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations (at least every 6 months).
• Ensure all clinical documentation—supervision hours, billable notes, and authorizations—is accurate and submitted on time.
• Collaborate with Intake and Outreach Coordinators to meet regional intake goals.
