Job summary

Autonomous Behavior Solutions LLC is hiring a Part-Time BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee individualized ABA programming, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful outcomes. The role balances direct clinical involvement with leadership responsibilities in a hybrid work setting.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, maintain 15–20 billable hours weekly, and participate in clinical meetings and program development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or closely related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with autistic children or developmental disabilities.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in an ABA service setting.
• Minimum of 1 year of remote clinical supervision or telehealth ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.
• Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based ABA programming (NET, DTT, PRT).
• Develop treatment plans focused on functional skills and autonomy.
• Analyze clinical data and adjust interventions for measurable outcomes.
• Ensure services align with BACB ethics and regulatory requirements.
• Provide ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Collaborate with families to support meaningful client outcomes.
