Total Spectrum is seeking an Assistant Behavior Analyst to support meaningful outcomes for children and families. You will supervise behavior technicians and oversee ABA treatment under a Behavior Analyst's supervision, promoting clinical development and high-quality services.

The role requires BaCBA and/or licensure, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, high-stimulation environment. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• BaCBA and/or local license to deliver behavior analysis.
• Ability to develop goals and organize work.
• Identify problems, review information, and implement solutions.
• Effective written communication tailored to audience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver protocol modification and treatment guidance to clients.
• Provide clinical direction to technicians.
• Use data to drive clinical programming and improve outcomes.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Attend required trainings and meetings and report concerns.
