Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Illinois seeks a Clinical Director to lead the clinic’s clinical operations and supervise clinicians to ensure high-quality ABA services. You will oversee policy implementation, staff development, and performance metrics.

The role includes staffing, evaluations, and collaboration with leadership to drive client outcomes and clinic growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification with 400+ hours supervised ABA experience.
• Bachelor's degree in human services with relevant supervised ABA experience.
• Master's degree in behavioral sciences with 3,000 hours of ABA training/supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical team and oversee clinic operations.
• Coach and mentor clinicians; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to ABA policies, BACB and HIPAA guidelines.
• Oversee intake, program development and treatment planning.
• Coordinate continuing education and staff training.
