Job summary

Aluma Care is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-clinic team in Lawrence, Kansas. This role allows part-time or full-time scheduling with a focus on delivering evidence-based ABA treatments to support client progress.

You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success while adhering to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
