Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in California is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and mentor clinical teams for excellence.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams to boost efficiency and client satisfaction, supervising staff, approving schedules, and ensuring timely completion of E Sign and compliance forms, with strict adherence to licensure and BCaBA standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and one year supervisory ABA experience.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards with licensure/certification requirements.
