Action Behavior Centers in Pearland, TX is hiring a Child Autism Therapist with a Bachelor's degree to work one-on-one with young children in a play-based ABA program.

You’ll join a supportive team, receive paid training and help students build communication, social, and daily living skills. Full-time hours are provided, with predictable daytime shifts and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree and be able to provide proof during the hiring process.
• Eligible candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work 1:1 with children aged 18 months to 8 years in ABA sessions.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized ABA treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Assist children through play-based activities to develop communication and social skills.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team.
