Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks a Child Autism Therapist in Conroe, TX to implement individualized ABA programs with children. You will learn and apply treatment plans, supervise sessions, and contribute to positive developmental outcomes in a supportive team.

The role offers paid training and RBT certification, full-time daytime hours Monday–Friday with optional Saturdays, and opportunities for growth within a dedicated pediatric ABA setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with physical activity and working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
