Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Pearland, TX is seeking dedicated individuals to support children with autism through one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy. No experience is required—paid training and full RBT certification are provided after hire. Bachelor’s degree is required and Master’s is a plus.

Expect full-time, daytime hours with optional Saturdays based on patient needs. You will work in a supportive team, follow treatment plans, collect simple data, and help kids learn through engaging

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Experience in childcare or related roles is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
