Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Texas is hiring for a full-time Behavior Technician role. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy, following personalized plans and collecting simple data.

The position offers paid training, RBT certification coverage, and predictable daytime hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm) with optional Saturdays. Bachelor’s degree required and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required to apply.
• Paid training and RBT certification fully covered.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
