Job summary

Tier1usa in Greenwood Village is looking for a Case Supervisor with a focus on creating quality care for children and their families. This position requires a Master’s program in ABA and offers 20 paid unrestricted hours per week, allowing you to gain essential experience toward obtaining your BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing all practicum hours to sit for the BCBA Exam.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming using an electronic data collection platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments.
