Job summary

Tier1usa in Denver, Colorado, seeks a Lead Case Supervisor for Master’s level ABA students. This exciting role offers $28.50/hour and a $2,000 signing bonus, aimed at preparing individuals to become successful BCBAs post-completion of their hours and exams.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing all practicum hours to sit for the BCBA Exam.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases, learning key BCBA skills.
• Conduct direct client therapy (10-20 hours/week).
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Meet with families for treatment guidance.
