Candidates must be nearing completion of their Master’s program for ABA and demonstrate strong rapport and behavior therapy skills. The position offers valuable experience and a pathway to becoming a BCBA upon passing the certification exam.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing all practicum hours to sit for the BCBA Exam.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases.
• Update client goals and programming.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Conduct direct client therapy (10-20 hours/week).
