Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking an ABA Case Supervisor to oversee therapy delivery for children with autism. You’ll supervise RBTs, review data, and adjust treatment plans under clinical direction, while providing parent training and ensuring ethical practice.

The role involves travel to clients’ homes and collaboration with a clinical director. A Master’s in ABA/related field is required, with BCBA progress preferred. This is a part-time start with potential for more hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field.
• Actively pursuing BCBA certification with progress toward BACB eligibility.
• Two years of ABA experience; designing or implementing behavior modification is a plus.
• Must pass a criminal background clearance and provide health-related prerequisites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Behavior Technicians/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity.
• Conduct regular observations (in-person or via telehealth) of sessions to monitor service quality.
• Analyze data to determine intervention effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
• Provide parent/caregiver training on behavior interventions to ensure consistency across environments.
• Comply with BACB ethical guidelines and other governing regulations.
