Job summary

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. is seeking an ABA Case Supervisor to oversee delivery of therapy for children and adolescents with ASD. You will supervise BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technicians, conduct field visits, review data, and modify programs under clinical direction.

The role requires parent training, data-driven decisions, and adherence to BACB guidelines. Travel to client homes in California is expected; commitment to professional development and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field.
• Pursuing BCBA certification and progress toward BACB eligibility.
• Two years of ABA or related field experience; designing/implementing interventions a plus.
• Willingness to undergo criminal background clearance and provide TB test and medical proof.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure fidelity of treatment plans.
• Conduct regular observations (in-person or telehealth) to monitor service quality.
• Analyze data to determine intervention effectiveness and modify programs accordingly.
• Provide parent training on behavior interventions to ensure consistency.
• Report to Clinical Director and supervise all levels of therapists.
