Job summary

A leading ABA service provider in Canada is looking for a Case Supervisor. In this role, you'll lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, develop individualized behavior plans, and work closely with families to support their goals. The position offers flexibility with part-time or full-time schedules and opportunities for professional growth. Ideal candidates will possess an MA/MS in a relevant field and have at least 2 years of experience in ABA services. Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ABA services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching.
• Oversee and evaluate client services.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families in training and support.
