Qualifications

• MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years designing or implementing behavior analytic services.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel within assigned areas.
• Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision.
• Oversee services for clients and ensure quality.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration.
• Ensure documentation and funding-source compliance.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
