Matchly Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced ABA Case Manager to support individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.

Responsibilities include direct behavioral interventions, documenting progress, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and families. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends is required in a dynamic clinical setting.

Competenze

• 2 years of ABA case management or related field.
• High school diploma required; degree in related field preferred.
• ABA certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conducting assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring.
