Job summary

Integrity Learning Center is seeking a detail-oriented ABA Billing Specialist to manage the full billing cycle for ABA therapy services. Responsibilities include claim preparation, submission, AR management, denials resolution, payer follow-up, and reimbursement tracking.

The ideal candidate has ABA billing experience, knowledge of Medicaid and commercial insurance requirements, and can independently resolve billing issues while maintaining accurate records and timely reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical billing, insurance claims processing, or healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Knowledge of CPT codes, insurance terminology, claim submission, denials, and AR processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently manage billing responsibilities to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ABA billing operations and claim submissions.
• Verify CPT codes, modifiers, units, renderings, authorizations, and payer requirements.
• Handle AR follow-up, denials, and appeals with timely follow-up.
• Submit primary and secondary claims and review EOBs/remittances.
• Coordinate with clinical/admin teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.
