Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks compassionate Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to provide direct ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision. Previous ABA experience is preferred, and staff will work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months to 1 year experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physical tasks may include standing, lifting, and assisting children on the floor or standing for long periods.
