Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in children’s homes across Virginia, including Gloucester. You will work under a BCBA to implement personalized treatment plans and accurately document progress.

The role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $21.00–$25.00 per hour, along with benefits, PTO, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability and willingness to support clients' basic needs as appropriate to their care.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine interest in helping children and families succeed.
• Ability to follow treatment plans, collect data accurately, and work collaboratively with a clinical team.

Responsibilities

Behavior Technician (BT) Duties and Responsibilities
