Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is hiring a part-time In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Grand Rapids, MI and surrounding areas. You will work 1:1 with children with autism to build essential skills within ABA frameworks, under supervision of a BCBA.

We provide training, RBT certification support, and ongoing mentoring to help you grow. Mileage reimbursement and a clear path to BCBA mentorship are offered, with local caseloads to minimize commute times.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or eligibility and ongoing supervision
• Background check clearance required
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by supervising BCBA
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills
• Accurately track data and progress in real time
• Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments
• Partner with parents to reinforce skills at home
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training

• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training

Scheduling & Compensation

• $18- $23/hourdepending on qualifications and market
