Job summary

Northeast Arc is hiring Behavior Therapists to support ABA programs across homes, centers, and community settings in Eastern Massachusetts. Positions are full time or part time, onsite, with options across multiple service areas.

Qualifications include an associate's or bachelor's in psychology or related fields, plus RBT certification where required. Competitive salaries, benefits, and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
• Valid Driver’s license and own vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide home, community, clinic-based support to individuals 15 months to 20 years old.
• Teach goals and skills outlined in treatment plans and implement behavior strategies developed by BCBA.
• Attend and contribute to clinical and non-clinical meetings, trainings, and supervision.
• Complete required session notes and data and any non-clinical paperwork.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of clients.
