We are currently looking for new and experienced Behavior Therapists to work in our home-based Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. We provide services in a variety of locations throughout Eastern Massachusetts and offer services to individuals ranging from 15 months to 22 years.
Northeast Arc’s ABA Services
Our ABA services provide a continuum of consistent evidence-based direct care and services for children, teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Individualized treatment programs are developed by a Board-Certified Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LABA) based on assessments, consultation, and person-centered plans, in order to meet the needs of the individual served. Our Behavior Therapists work in a team atmosphere alongside BCBAs, Early Intervention staff, families and caregivers. Our programs facilitate interactions through Natural Environment Training and capitalize on organic opportunities for engagement with our kids using an evidence-based approach.
