Job summary

Partners In Excellence in Minnesota is seeking a Behavior Therapist to provide direct therapy to small groups of children with ASD under supervision, following individualized treatment plans to meet goals.

The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, with hours Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, plus ongoing supervision, training, and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Background in autism therapy preferred.
• Experience with ABA techniques is desirable.
• Familiarity with child development and behavior data collection.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct therapy to a team of 4-6 clients following treatment plans.
• Documents therapy services accurately (notes, data, parent communications).
• Reads treatment directions and writes progress notes.
• Protects client privacy and adheres to HIPAA policies.
• Participates in ongoing training and supervison; attends meetings.
• Communicates daily progress to staff and families.
• Maintains organized space and ensures a safe clinical environment.
• Assists with personal care and supportive activities as needed.
