Job summary

Partners In Excellence is hiring Behavior Therapists to provide direct therapy to children with autism in center-based programs. You will follow client treatment plans, collect data, and document progress notes while maintaining privacy and working under supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma; 18+ years old.
• Prefer Bachelor's degree in related field; knowledge of Verbal Behavior Therapy.
• Experience in behavioral therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to a team of 4-6 clients following treatment plans.
• Document therapy services accurately (notes, data, parent/communication reports).
• Read treatment directions, collect numeric data, and write progress notes.
• Protect client privacy and PHI per HIPAA policies.
• Collaborate with supervisor and staff to ensure goals are met.
