Job summary

Partners In Excellence is seeking a Behavior Therapist to provide direct therapy to young children with ASD under supervision, following treatment plans and maintaining accurate data and progress notes.

The role emphasizes privacy compliance, collaboration with a clinical team, and ongoing training. Variety of shifts with full-time/part-time options, in a center-based setting in Winona, MN.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to be playful, enthusiastic and energetic in therapy.
• Excellent communication with parents, co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to read written treatment directions and document progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to a team of 4-6 clients following treatment plans.
• Document therapy services accurately and timely (notes, data collection, reporting).
• Read treatment directions, collect numeric data, and write progress notes.
• Maintain PHI privacy in accordance with HIPAA and policies.
• Attend and participate in meetings; provide daily progress updates.
