Job summary

Partners In Excellence in Minnesota hires Behavior Therapists to deliver early intensive ABA therapies to children with ASD in a center setting. You will work under supervision with a team of 4-6 clients, following treatment plans, and accumulating clinical hours.

We provide paid two-week premiere training, ongoing supervision, and professional development, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k), and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Successful background checks required (no history of felonies, substantiated client maltreatment or vulnerable adult incidents, or disqualifying misdemeanors)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to 4-6 clients following treatment plans.
• Document therapy services accurately (notes, data, parent communication).
• Read and follow written treatment directions and data records.
• Protect client privacy per HIPAA policies during and after work.
• Collaborate with a supervising team and participate in ongoing training.
• Attend meetings and communicate progress and concerns to staff.
