Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a full-time Behavior Technician in Conroe, TX. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following treatment plans and collecting simple data.

Requires an Active RBT certification or completion within 20 days of hire. Expect predictable daytime hours, potential Saturdays, and a supportive growth-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required or completed within 20 days of hire.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
