Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a full-time Behavior Technician in Midlothian, TX. You will work one-on-one with young children using play-based ABA therapy to boost communication, social, and independent skills.

Training is provided, including full coverage of RBT certification, with a typical Monday–Friday daytime schedule and optional Saturdays. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a passion for helping kids grow.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required as part of the hiring process.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform active tasks with children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Support learning through play, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
