Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence and independence. Paid training is provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Earn $20 per hour and up, with increases based on ABA experience and training, plus benefits for part-time and full-time roles. This position supports a flexible schedule and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy or related training is preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain RBT credential where required by state.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; driving/transportation may be necessary.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans.
