Apploi is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

The role offers part-time, mostly after-school hours and weekend shifts with flexible scheduling and supportive supervision. Prior experience and passion for helping children and families are valued.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
