Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from a supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities include data collection, implementing behavior plans, and sharing progress updates with families. Part-time, after-school hours and some weekends are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
