Job summary

Partners In Excellence is seeking aBehavior Therapist to provide direct therapy to children with ASD in our La Crosse, WI center. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and communicate progress to families under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma and a background check; a bachelor’s degree is preferred for advancement. The schedule is day shift, full- or part-time with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct therapy to a team of 4-6 clients following treatment plans and tracks goals.
• Documents therapy services accurately and timely (notes, data, parent communications).
• Reads treatment directions, collects data, and writes progress notes.
• Maintains PHI privacy and adheres to HIPAA policies.
• Participates in supervision, training, and meetings; accepts feedback.
• Redirects, observes, and monitors client behaviors; ensures safety and proper space organization.
• Communicates daily progress to staff and parents; supports a collaborative team.
• Assists with personal care and daily living tasks; lifts up to 50 pounds.
• Ensures the facility stays safe, clean, and organized.
