Partners In Excellence is seeking a Behavior Therapist to support young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder through early intensive therapies in a center-based setting. You will work 4-6 clients under supervision, following treatment plans and collaborating with a skilled team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background checks clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to 4-6 clients under supervision.
• Document daily treatment notes and data.
• Read treatment directions and write progress notes.
• Protect client privacy per HIPAA.
• Redirect, intervene, and monitor behaviors.
• Communicate progress to parents and staff.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and sanitary space.
• Assist with personal care and lifting up to 50 lbs.
