Job summary

Partners In Excellence is seeking a Behavior Therapist in Wisconsin to provide direct therapy to a small caseload of 4–6 children under supervision, following individualized treatment plans and applying ABA techniques.

You will document progress notes and data, read treatment directions, protect PHI, collaborate with a supportive team, and participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Experience in behavioral therapy preferred.
• Knowledge of Verbal Behavior Therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to 4–6 clients under supervision.
• Document therapy services and data (notes, reports, communications).
• Read treatment directions and write progress notes.
• Protect patient privacy per HIPAA policies.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and participate in ongoing training.
