Job summary

STAR ABA LLC is seeking a Behavioral Technician in North Grafton, MA for a per diem position to provide ABA-based clinical skills instruction across home, community, clinic, and school settings. Under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst, you will collect data, train caregivers, and implement intervention strategies with children with Autism and related disabilities.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, data documentation, and flexibility for 1:1

Qualifications

• 21 years of age and up.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and 1 year of direct relevant experience with youth and families.
• OR an Associate’s degree (60 credits) and 2 years of direct relevant experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills are required.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Teach targeted behaviors using reward systems and incidental training.
• Record and track data from training sessions.
• Reinforce positive behavior with children on caseload.
• Communicate effectively with administrators, parents, and community members.
• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching.
• Follow prescribed behavior acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Collect and summarize data on observable client behavior.
