Job summary

May Institute in West Springfield is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children, focusing on communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

As a BT at our West Springfield Center, you’ll provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills. You’ll implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging behaviors. You’ll collect data, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors (BCBAs) to ensure effective treatment.

What You’ll Bring
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience, paired with reliable transportation (travel is required)
