Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work directly with clients under BCBA supervision, implementing DTT and ABA-based strategies to build communication, social, and life skills.

You will collect data, track progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across home and school environments, while maintaining ethical standards and compassion for individuals with developmental challenges.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) created by the BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one direct instruction using ABA methods.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Support clients in developing functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care, and independent living.
• Cultivate a positive, engaging learning environment that promotes independence and motivation.
• Work with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to assess progress and adjust plans.
• Maintain open communication with clients, families, and team members about progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance ABA skills.
