ABA Centers of America in Fitchburg, MA is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician (BT). The role focuses on delivering ABA therapy, teaching essential skills, and supporting families under BCBA supervision.

Starting pay ranges: BT $21.25/hour, RBT $23.50/hour, with final compensation determined by experience and training. Paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement are offered as part of our ABA Academy of Excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have 1 year of experience with children, healthcare, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track progress and maintain quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
