Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking part‑time Behavior Technicians to support children with autism across homes, schools, and clinics. You will assist in implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision, teaching essential communication and daily living skills, and collecting accuracy-focused data while coordinating with families and colleagues.

Starting pay ranges for BTs and RBTs reflect experience and education, with paid training and clear advancement paths through our ABA Academy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
