Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team in Franklin, TN. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children, monitor progress, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications include 1–2 years with children and a preferred Bachelor’s in psychology or related field. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with full-time benefits available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience working with children highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills, decrease problem behaviors and strengthen supports.
• Work closely with the supervising BCBA and team members to ensure high quality service delivery.
• Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and enable the best treatment decisions.
• Communicate with parents and supervisors to inform and improve treatment plans.
• Provide services to clients in center, home, school, or other locations as indicated.
