Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy for an 11-year-old girl in Woodstown, New Jersey. This part-time role offers competitive pay and a $200 sign-on bonus, with scheduling on Tuesday, Thursday 3-6 and Saturday 9-12.

You will work under BCBA-developed plans, track progress with data, and help develop communication, socialization, and daily living skills while partnering with families for consistency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Previous ABA therapy experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
