Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans in Vorhees Township, NJ. This part-time role offers flexible evenings and weekends with a pay range of $18–$25 per hour and a $200 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include data tracking, skill-building in communication and daily living, and collaborating with families for consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans
• Track client progress through data collection
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment
