Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy in Union, New Jersey. This part-time role offers a competitive pay rate of $18–$25 per hour and a $200 sign-on bonus, with scheduling that supports work-life balance.

You’ll work under BCBA-developed plans, track progress with data, and help clients build communication, socialization, and daily living skills while collaborating with families for consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
