Headway Services in Mannington Township, NJ is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one in-home therapy based on BCBA plans, helping children build essential life skills.

The position offers a competitive pay rate of $18-$25 per hour and a $200 sign-on bonus, with a daytime schedule of Monday–Friday, 10:00am–3:30pm.' You will track progress with data, support communication and daily living skills, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
