Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy in Asheville, NC seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement ABA-based interventions with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will work directly with clients, collect progress data, and assist in assessments and intake under supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with ABA techniques.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation.

• Background in special education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals with disabilities.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress.
• Assist in patient assessments and intake processes.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation per HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals.
