Epic Minds Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based strategies, collect data, and monitor progress under supervision of a BCBA.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, collaboration with families and educators, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with pay ranging $20–$30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and records management.
• Strong patient care principles and practices.
• Ability to conduct assessments and data collection.
• Excellent communication with clients, families and team members.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
• Background in special education considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings.
• Collect and record data on behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Assist in patient assessments and intake processes.
